EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. One of the nation’s most scenic and livable communities seeks an exceptional and motivational leader as the Executive Director of the Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC). CCDC is Boise City, Idaho's urban renewal agency. The Executive Director’s position is highly visible and requires a professional manager with highly developed analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have 10 + years progressively responsible experience leading a public sector or public/private corporation involved in the delivery of development programs, from planning and site acquisition through leasing or sale, in a medium to large community. Candidates must have knowledge of and experience in economic development, tax increment financing, and other financial processes, planning, budgeting, and capital project implementation. Requires Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in business management, public administration, finance or a related discipline.
