Todd is responsible for improving, developing and growing the economy in downtown Boise. He initiates, develops and completes strategic redevelopment work that leads to downtown revitalization. Todd and CCDC encourage opportunities for all of downtown’s diverse stakeholders to participate in urban renewal implementation.
Prior to joining CCDC, Todd served as the principal education and economic development analyst for the Idaho State Legislature during a 12 year tenure, followed by five-years as the Director of Finance and Economic Development for the City of Nampa which included management of city urban renewal projects.
Todd has participated in a tremendous number of boards and committees dedicated to economic development and urban renewal. These include board memberships on COMPASS, Valley Regional Transit and the Boise Valley Economic Partnership – where he chaired the New Business Attraction Committee. Todd served as the Chairman for the Nampa Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee and played an active role on committees for ValleyRide, Sage Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy and the Association of Idaho Cities.
Todd holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Idaho, a Masters of Public Administration degree from Boise State University and certifications from the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.
