Upcoming 8th Street Closures!
June 16, 20178th Street between Main Street and Bannock Street will be closed next week, June 17th and 18th, for 3 events. The first is the Capital City Public Market during its usual time, followed by the Boise Pride Festival Street Dance Saturday night. Due to the short window of time between the Capital City Public Market break down and the Pride Festival set up the street will be closed all day the 17th.
Sunday, June 18th, the Father’s Day Car Show will take place on 8th Street between Main Street and Bannock Street, and Idaho Street between 9th Street and Capitol Boulevard.
The sidewalks will remain open the entire weekend. The Street will re-open by 5:00pm on June 18th, after the Father’s Day Car Show.
