“Boise is a special place, and many amazing people call it home. Working for CCDC is especially rewarding for me as a native Boisean, because every day presents another example of how the work we do at the agency can make a positive difference to the city that has provided so much to so many people. It’s humbling to collaborate with such talented teammates and professionals, all in the effort to support Boise’s wonderful quality of life and unique sense of community.”

Partnerships with private investment are an important part of CCDC’s mission to enhance Boise’s economic and aesthetic health, and Brady is central to that effort. He manages CCDC’s collaboration with private real estate development projects as part of CCDC’s Participation Program, which reimburses developers for projects that meet established guidelines and benefit the public.

Brady came to CCDC from Portland, Oregon, where he worked for a small development company specializing in high-quality projects that preserve historic value and respond to community needs. Before returning to his hometown, he served as project manager for a unique, mixed-use property in Northwest Portland.

Brady earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Portland; before that he received a U.S. State Department Fulbright research scholarship to study immigration in Germany. Brady’s hobbies include exploring Boise’s urban landscape and discovering more of Idaho’s beautiful outdoors.
