Kelly brings a diverse background in project management and placemaking to the CCDC Development Team. As a project manager overseeing multiple Agency capital projects, Kelly meets with stakeholders, neighborhoods, and the public to understand their needs and priorities, and turns those ideas into beautiful public spaces, and meaningful improvements.

An Idaho native, Kelly has had the opportunity to work on public works projects statewide, which have ranged from small, but essential accessibility projects, campground development, Boise City Greenbelt projects, the Boise Whitewater Park, and city park developments. A highlight of his career is being a public servant and developing relationships with the public and project stakeholders.

Kelly received a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture and environmental planning from Utah State University. He is a licensed Landscape Architect in the State of Idaho. He looks forward to continuing to make Boise City better through infrastructure development.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, gardening, fishing, and hunting.
