NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Boise City Urban Renewal Agency dba Capital City Development Corporation (the “Agency”) will hold a sealed bid auction for the sale of certain real property owned by the Agency located at 429 S. 10th Street, Boise, Idaho (the “Property”).

Sealed Bids Due: October 15, 2019 at 11:00 am

Sealed Bids Open: October 17, 2019 at 1:00 pm **Date Change**

The Agency has determined to dispose of the Property as surplus property in compliance with its policy and subject to applicable provisions of the First Amended and Restated Urban Renewal Plan, River Street-Myrtle Street, Urban Renewal Project and Renamed River Myrtle – Old Boise Urban Renewal Project (the “Plan”).  Proceeds received from the sale of the Property will be used by the Agency in compliance with the Plan. The Agency will accept sealed bids for the purchase of the Property until October 15, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. and will open the bids on October 17, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. at the offices of Capital City Development Corporation, 121 N. 9th Street, Suite 501, Boise, Idaho

The winning bidder shall, if not present at the bid opening, be notified via telephone.  Payment of the Bid Amount and transfer of the Property shall be pursuant to the Terms and Conditions included in the Sealed Bid Auction Packet. Bid results will be brought to the Agency Board for final decision at the November 12, 2019, Board meeting.
