The following Terms of Use apply. All posts and comments are subject to monitoring. The following types of posts and comments will be rejected or removed, and in CCDC’s discretion the user could be blocked:

• Profane, obscene, or violent language or content;
• Threats to any person or organization;
• Libelous, harassing, or personal attack content;
• Sexual content or links to sexual content;
• Personal, identifying information of oneself or others, including home address, phone number, and personal email;
• Promoting, fostering, or perpetuating harassment or discrimination based on age, race or ancestry, color, national origin, disability or handicap, creed or religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, or marital status;
• Encouraging, soliciting, or inciting illegal activity;
• Support or opposition to political campaigns or candidates;
• Commercial solicitations;
• Content that is unrelated or irrelevant to the topic of the page or post;
• Redundant or duplicate posts;
• Confidential or proprietary information, and content that violates laws concerning patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets; or
• Robot “Bot” posts and posts by automatic software programs.

CCDC is a public agency, and any user posts or comments are public records subject to disclosure and to the Agency’s record retention schedule. By posting or commenting, you are granting CCDC and its agents a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, username, post, or comment in any way and for any reason with any existing or future media.
