CCDC Team Hard Hat Tour of River Street Lofts

Agency employees recently enjoyed an “early bird” preview of the partially complete River Street Lofts. This 10-unit, for sale condo project is located at 535 S. 15th Street in the River Myrtle-Old Boise Urban Renewal District. This corner location is proving to be an ideal site for a dense, urban scale residential project. River Street lofts are town-home style, with two 5-unit buildings. Each unit has approximately 1,300 SF of living space and a 2-car garage on the ground level. CCDC is happy to be a critical part of this successful and unique development, bringing additional housing options and energy to this previously underutilized parcel.
