CCDC 2019 Annual Report
March 31, 2020Capital City Development Corporation is pleased to share its 2019 Annual Report. This year’s report highlights the agency’s completed projects in 2019 as well as updates on continued work in the areas of economic development, infrastructure, place making, and mobility and parking.
The report was filed with the City of Boise in accordance with Idaho Code. Idaho Code requires public agencies such as CCDC to report on their activities each year including complete financial statements, assets, liabilities, revenue, operating expenses, and agency owned properties.
A final report must be filed with the City Clerk’s Office prior to March 31 and notice is published in the Idaho Statesman that the report is available for inspection during business hours at the City Clerk’s Office. As City Hall is currently closed to the public, the 2019 Annual Report can be viewed online at this time and a physical copy will be available at City Hall when it re-opens.
