Infrastructure Project Update: 801 W Main Street – Wells Fargo Center Retail – PP Type 1June 1, 2018
One of CCDC’s Key Strategies is Infrastructure – Improve public infrastructure to attract new investment and encourage best use of property.
The Wells Fargo Center Retail is located at the corner of Main Street and the North Spoke of The Grove Plaza. The building tenants include Costa Vida, Snake River Tea, Taters, and Lucky Fins. The building owner is performing exterior upgrades including paint, lighting, and new awnings. CCDC participation has been requested for a Type 1 project and was approved by the CCDC Board of Commissioners at the May meeting for Designation. The request includes nine new metal awnings installed in the public right-of-way, with a not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 per the Participation Policy. CCDC will bring the contract back for final approval on the consent agenda in June.
