The offering is a collection of two unique sites within Boise’s most anticipated neighborhood community. The project features an incredibly close proximity to both the area’s most influential businesses and the active lifestyle that Boise makes headlines for. The West End is strategically placed between the commercial activity of the downtown and the recreational lure of living and working just off the Boise River. This is a prominent location ripe for both commercial and multi-family development. Located blocks from Boise’s downtown core, the Esther Simplot master planned 55 acre park, Boise’s Whitewater park, the river and the Greenbelt, the West End is positioned to become Boise’s most recognizable neighborhood.

CCDC established a 249 acre urban renewal district, 30th Street District, in the West End of Boise in 2014.
