T5 Parcel Acquisition for Redevelopment
CCDC’s Capital Improvement Plan includes parcel acquisition in the Westside. CCDC is purchasing the retail building located at 421 N. 10th Street, commonly known as the Idaho Sporting Goods building and the adjacent surface parking lot. CCDCs strategy is to work with other area land owners to spur interesting mixed use development in this highly visible entrance to the downtown core.
