Lana joined the CCDC team in April of 2024 following an outstanding seven year stint at the City of Boise. With over a decade of public relations and communications experience in both the public and private sector, Lana brings a wealth of expertise to her current role.
Prior coming to the Agency, Lana held several leadership positions at the City of Boise, including Senior Community Outreach Manager and Senior Communications Manager of Strategic Initiatives. In these roles, she spearheaded comprehensive communications and public engagement strategies tailored to media, businesses, and traditionally underrepresented groups.
Lana is an alumna of the University of Washington, where she earned degrees in Communications, and Law, Societies, and Justice.
Lana lives in the Collister neighborhood with her husband and two children. She loves the outdoors, running, and exploring the foothills.
