Three Proposals Received for Block 68 Catalytic RFP
September 20, 2021Capital City Development Corp., Boise’s redevelopment agency, has received three responses to its Block 68 Catalytic Request for Proposals. The proposals were presented to the nine-member board of commissioners during today’s public board meeting. Following the presentation the board appointed a three member review committee to further explore the proposals and meet with the individual development teams. The review committee will provide its findings to agency personnel who will prepare a ranking and recommendation to the full board at a future meeting.
Originally issued by the agency on May 27, 2021, the deadline for responses to the Block 68 Catalytic RFP was August 19. CCDC expects the review process to take 60 to 90 days. Here are links to the proposals made by each of the three development teams:
