BOISE, Idaho – Today, Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified buyers for commercial condominium space in the agency’s new mixed-use development at 1010 W. Jefferson Street. The project is designed to support neighborhood-serving businesses and strengthen the growing Westside Urban Renewal District.

Located beneath a new 446-stall ParkBOI public parking facility, the ground-floor commercial space will provide high visibility and direct access for residents, visitors, and downtown employees. The project aims to catalyze additional investment in housing, retail, dining, and community services while expanding mobility options and improving the pedestrian experience throughout the district.

“An active and welcoming ground floor is essential to creating a dynamic, connected neighborhood,” said John Brunelle, CCDC Executive Director. “This RFP represents an opportunity for businesses and organizations to establish a long-term presence in one of Boise’s most thriving urban districts.”

The commercial space will contribute to CCDC’s broader vision of building safe, accessible, and community-focused places that promote economic vitality and reinforce Boise’s identity. The public parking facility will carry the ParkBOI brand. It will also be the seventh public garage in the downtown Boise parking system owned and operated by CCDC.

“Our strategic investment in public parking helps reduce barriers to redevelopment and supports continued private investment throughout downtown,” said Brunelle. “Onsite parking will be an attractive feature for potential investors at 1010 W. Jefferson.”
