Deployed by CCDC’s contracted parking operator, The Car Park, CARMA empowers ParkBOI monthly customers to:
- Join Garage Waitlists: Conveniently through their online account.
- Manage Automatic Payments: Effortlessly set-up, modify, or cancel automatic payments.
- Manage Account: Easily access and update their account information directly through the CARMA system.
The transition to CARMA was straightforward for existing customers, requiring only a single, simple step to complete the process, ensuring customers continue to experience uninterrupted service.
CARMA does not impact the way hourly customers access and pay for parking.
