CCDC invites proposals from prospective buyers interested in purchasing ground floor commercial condominiums in the 1010 W. Jefferson Street Commercial Space and Public Parking Facility, a mixed-use, multi-story public parking garage currently under development at the intersection of 10th Street and Jefferson Street in Boise, Idaho. The Agency is seeking competitive offers from buyers whose proposed uses and long-term stewardship align with the community’s vision for a welcoming hub that is safe, functional and accessible to all.

This disposition supports CCDC’s goal to deliver a lasting public investment in our downtown by attracting businesses that reflect Boise’s character, advance sustainability, and expand mobility choice.
