CCDC invites proposals from prospective buyers interested in purchasing ground floor commercial condominiums in the 1010 W. Jefferson Street Commercial Space and Public Parking Facility, a mixed-use, multi-story public parking garage currently under development at the intersection of 10^th Street and Jefferson Street in Boise, Idaho. The Agency is seeking competitive offers from buyers whose proposed uses and long-term stewardship align with the community’s vision for a welcoming hub that is safe, functional and accessible to all.

This disposition supports CCDC’s goal to deliver a lasting public investment in our downtown by attracting businesses that reflect Boise’s character, advance sustainability, and expand mobility choice.
