951 E. Gowen Rd. – Red River Logistics and Commerce Centers – PP Type 2: The Board approved this Agreement at its February meeting to participate in the extension and public dedication of Production Street and associated utility and streetscape improvements. This street extension is included in the Gateway East District Plan and will open opportunities for additional development on adjacent vacant parcels. Construction is underway. 2500 W. Freight St. – Boise Gateway 3 – PP Type 2: In December 2022, the Board designated this Boyer Company project to receive Type 2 Participation to assist with utility and roadway improvements. The project is a 185,000 square foot speculative warehouse building designed to accommodate up to four g tenants on a lot bound by Eisenman Road, Winco Court, and Freight Street. The Agency expects to request the Board’s approval of a final agreement in winter 2023/24. Project Lead: Alexandra Monjar

Eisenman Road Interim Improvements, Blue Sage Lane to Blue Valley Lane: Construction of a five-foot-wide asphalt pathway along the frontage of the Blue Valley Estates Mobile Home Park with a new retaining wall and pedestrian railing at Five Mile Creek. The Agency issued the invitation to bid on October 25, 2023, and will accept bids until November 15, 2023. Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2024. Project Lead: Kassi Brown
