New Drone Photos of 11th & Idaho Transformation
December 10, 2020Nearly an entire city block in CCDC’s Westside District is undergoing a transformation thanks to the leadership and vision of Rafanelli & Nahas with support from CCDC and City of Boise. You can get a first look at new aerial drone photos from the project site below, courtesy of the project’s general contractor, ESI Construction and Lightbender Media.
The project includes Boise’s newest park which complements a stunning 10-story, 191,000 square-foot mixed-use building, 11th & Idaho. CCDC is leading the effort on the adjacent Westside Urban Park, breaking ground last month with a targeted Summer 2021 Grand Opening.
“The agency salutes Rafanelli & Nahas for challenging the status quo and is pleased to participate in this public private partnership,” said John Brunelle, Executive Director of Boise’s redevelopment agency. “Their vision is taking shape and breathing new life into this area of downtown.”
