1025 S. Capitol Blvd. – Capitol Campus: J. Fisher Companies plans to construct a two-phase project on property owned by the City of Boise and Boise State University. Phase one is to include mixed use affordable housing and structured parking. The J. Fisher team has been working with the agency on a Type 3 Participation Program application. They have submitted a draft application and are preparing additional requested materials. J. Fisher Companies will be presenting the project during a work session at the Board meeting on April 14th. Once the application is complete and the project has received design review approval from the City of Boise, it can be brought to the Board for designation. Project Lead: Corrie Brending
