CCDC Tour of One Nineteen Luxury Condos

CCDC staff and Board Commissioners toured One Nineteen last week located at 119 W 10th Street, in the Westside Urban Renewal District. Sawtooth Development, based out of Ketchum, finished the project in early December 2016. Clay Sammis, Shane Felker, Scott Desserault, and Bryant Forrester, hosted the CCDC Team and and Board for a tour through two condo units including a penthouse suite and the shared amenity areas including a bike storage and repair space.
The 26 unit project features high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and open floor plans. The building has two levels of podium parking that are uniquely covered by a “green screen” – a steel structure on which plants will grow. Capital City Development Corporation participated in the project with a Type 1 Streetscape Grant, reimbursing the developer $150,000 for eligible expenses in the public right of way. This includes reimbursement for street trees, historic streetlights, street furnishings (bike racks and benches), sidewalks, landscaping, and sidewalk awnings.
