Pioneer Crossing Ground Breaking

Yesterday afternoon, Gardner Company broke ground at Pioneer Crossing (formerly Parcel B). This 5-acre parcel is largest undeveloped parcel of land in downtown Boise, and was formerly used as a rail yard and parking area. The project will feature a 132,000 SF office building, a 150-room Hilton Garden Inn, and a parking garage with over 600 spaces. CCDC will be purchasing a large portion of the spaces for public parking, as well as contributing funds to public infrastructure and streetscapes.
CCDC representation on the shovel line included Chair Hale, Commissioners Shalz, Zuckerman, Jordan, and Bieter and CCDC Project Manager Shellan Rodriguez.
