The Capital City Development Corporation has hired Mary Watson as a contracts manager, focusing on agreements with private engineers, architects, contractors and other development professionals. In addition, Watson will manage the procurement process, including competitive bidding and contractor selection processes as well as a wide-range of contract documents. She is a member of the Idaho State Bar.
