1010 W. Jefferson Street
Commercial Space and Public Parking Facility

Background
In November 2024, CCDC began its effort to redevelop 1010 W. Jefferson Street into a multi-story, mixed-use building and parking facility. The Agency prepared and issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for design services at that time. The project would expand the urban fabric of the Westside District with active ground floor commercial space and include approximately 500 parking stalls with rooftop photovoltaic panels and 1% EV charging stalls with capacity for up to 20% EV charging in the future. The parking facility would likely become the seventh garage in the agency’s ParkBOI public parking system.
In January 2025, the Agency completed its RFQ process and selected KPFF, Inc. from its structural engineer on-call list to provide design services. The team of engineers and architects are engaged on CCDC’s project and in the early planning stages. In March 2025, the Board approved the CM/GC ranking to contract with Okland Construction Company, Inc. for preconstruction services.
On May 29, 2025, the Agency submitted the project to the City of Boise for Interdepartmental Review (IDR). The full package, including the Project Narrative and preliminary Concept Drawings, are below.
The project is slated for completion in Fall 2027.
