CCDC relies on the expertise and professional services of its many contractors to execute on the Agency’s public improvement projects. Ryan’s role at CCDC is to review and draft contracts to ensure they are accurate and meet the Agency’s needs. Ryan’s paralegal credentials allow him to play a key role in CCDC’s legal activities, including agency transparency and statutory compliance.
Prior to joining CCDC, Ryan was a paralegal at St. Luke’s Health System where he supported its legal department for contracts and litigation. Earlier, Ryan spent many years at the City of Boise, supporting the attorneys who advised the departments of Planning and Development Services, Public Works, Parks and Recreation, Arts and History, and the City Clerk.
Ryan received both a master’s in public administration and bachelor’s degree in political science from Boise State University. He also holds a paralegal certificate and graduate certificate in community and regional planning. Ryan was born and raised in Boise, and in his free time, he enjoys spending time rafting, skiing, or hiking with his family.
